Sales executive/ Business development officer

Lahore, Pakistan

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential healthcare clients (clinics, pharmacies, labs, hospitals)
  • Present and promote InstaCare’s products and services (software, EMR, pharmacy POS, etc.)
  • Conduct product demos, both in-person and online
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into customers
  • Prepare and share proposals/quotations as needed
  • Handle client onboarding, training, and basic product setup support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of client interactions in CRM
  • Gather market feedback and share insights with the product team

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (1–3 years preferred, especially in tech or healthcare)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
