Sales Executive (Construction Industry)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction materials, services, or contracting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Promote company products/services such as construction materials, equipment, or contracting solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical submissions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, operations) for project execution
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–6 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry
  • Strong network within contractors, developers, or consultants is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
