Position Summary

The Sales Executive & Debt Recovery Executive will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and structured follow-up of debt recovery matters. The role requires strong communication skills, professional negotiation ability, and ethical yet firm handling of clients and debtors.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for legal consultancy and debt recovery services
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research
• Present company services to clients and close service agreements
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with management for pricing, proposals, and service structuring

B. Debt Recovery & Client Follow-Up

• Follow up with debtors professionally through calls, emails, and meetings
• Coordinate with internal legal and recovery teams on assigned files
• Track payments, commitments, and settlement timelines
• Prepare follow-up reports, payment status updates, and client communications
• Escalate non-responsive or default cases for legal action as per company policy
• Ensure ethical, lawful, and professional recovery practices at all times

C. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up logs
• Assist in preparing service agreements, acknowledgments, and basic recovery documentation
• Submit regular performance and status reports to management

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Law, Commerce, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage)
• Professional attitude with confidence in handling clients and debtors
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Familiarity with UAE business culture and compliance standards
