Dara Alliance Trading LLC is a fast-growing cosmetics trading company representing leading international beauty brands across the Middle East and North Africa. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and expand our business across Iran.

SALARY: The salary will be determined based on the interview and the candidate’s experience and capabilities. In addition to the basic pay, the candidate will earn commission, making the total monthly compensation performance-based and ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 4,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients in Iran to introduce our brands and product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and distributors.
• Drive sales by promoting and marketing products through direct communication.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback and market insights to management to support growth strategies.
• Ensure a professional representation of the company in all communications.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, Native Farsi speaker (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or related industries).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
