Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Female Sales Executives to contribute to sales operations for upcoming property development projects in Karachi. The role involves managing leads, engaging with clients, arranging site visits, and closing deals in coordination with the Sales Manager and marketing team to meet revenue objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management

  • Generate, track, and convert property sales leads.
  • Present project features, pricing plans, and payment options to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain updated and accurate client information in the CRM system.

Client Coordination & Support

  • Guide clients through the entire purchase journey — from initial inquiry to booking confirmation.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and project presentations.
  • Ensure prompt communication and professional client interaction at all stages.

Marketing & Sales Assistance

  • Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, campaigns, and open house events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage inbound inquiries and leads.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to the sales team and management.

Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare basic activity reports and follow-up updates for management review.

Candidate ProfileQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate or property sales.
  • Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of the Karachi property market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Confident, target-driven, and professional in client dealings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
