Sales Executive (Females)

• Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (Female)
• Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
• Package: 70,000 + Commission

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh to 6 months.
• Strong understanding of business practices, cultural sensitivities, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in Urdu and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new challenges and market complexities.

Job Description:

• Developing and Maintaining the prospect database.
• Coordinate with potential clients to develop relationships, discuss product details, and provide customer service.
• Market research and testing in new and growing markets.
• Lead generating campaigns via telephone and email.
• Demonstration meeting booking.
• Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle.
• Identifying potential clients within industries, businesses, or organizations that might have a need for products or services offered by the company.
• Presenting sales proposals to clients that include pricing information and terms of agreement, such as contract length and termination clauses
• Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction, and ensuring that agreements are adhered to over time
• Identifying opportunities for client growth by offering additional products or services that complement existing offerings
• Producing reports to show productivity.
• E-mail marketing campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
