Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling glass partition systems and interior fit-out solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on business development, client relationship management, and closing sales for both commercial and residential projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for glass partitions, aluminium systems, and interior fit-out solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, designers, and end clients.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts and key partnerships.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to promote solutions effectively.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fit-out materials.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in Glass Partitions, Aluminium Systems, or Interior Fit-Out.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out market, including contractors, consultants, and industry players.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–8 years of UAE experience in Glass or Interior Fit-Out sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
