Sales Executive (Hardware and Industrial Supplies)

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial and hardware products such as tools, equipment, safety materials, building supplies, and machinery components to clients in construction, manufacturing, and related industries. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through effective product knowledge and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, construction firms, factories, and maintenance companies.
• Visit clients regularly to promote and demonstrate hardware and industrial products.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Keep updated records of sales, inquiries, and customer feedback in CRM or reports.
• Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and product training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues or complaints promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales within industrial, hardware, or construction materials sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Technical knowledge of hardware tools, building materials, and industrial products is an advantage.
• Must be available in Qatar
