Sales Executive-Interior/Fitout/Joinery

Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Fit out & Joinery

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the interior fit out and joinery industry. This role is designed for hunters, deal closers, and relationship builders who can generate business, open doors with key decision makers, and secure high-value projects in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate new business through networking, cold calling, industry contacts, and site visits.
  • Identify and secure high-value interior fit out and joinery projects across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, project managers, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Present company capabilities, portfolio, and technical solutions to decision makers.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and final contract closure.
  • Work closely with estimation, design, and project teams to develop competitive proposals.
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and continuously convert leads into confirmed projects.
  • Monitor market trends and stay ahead of competitors in the UAE fit out market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in interior fit out, joinery, or construction in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals and delivering revenue growth, with Experience handling high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail fit out projects.
  • Strong PR & networking abilities within developers, real estate, consultants, contractors, corporate & residential clients in Dubai.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and highly driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of fit out processes, materials, BOQs, and project cycles, and cost estimation is an added advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
