Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and SMEs daily to pitch POS software
- Generate leads through cold visits, references, and market mapping
- Conduct live demos of POS solutions to business owners
- Build and maintain a daily visit plan and sales pipeline
- Close deals on the spot and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support
Daily Expectations
- Minimum 8–12 physical client visits per day
- Active field presence across assigned territories in Karachi
- Consistent reporting of visits, leads, and closures
- Aggressive approach towards sales target achievement

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Software, POS, Fintech, or FMCG preferred)

- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic understanding of retail or restaurant business operations (preferred)
- Comfortable using smartphones for reporting and communication
