Sales Executive – POS Software (On-Ground Sales Role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and SMEs daily to pitch POS software
  • Generate leads through cold visits, references, and market mapping
  • Conduct live demos of POS solutions to business owners
  • Build and maintain a daily visit plan and sales pipeline
  • Close deals on the spot and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support

Daily Expectations

  • Minimum 8–12 physical client visits per day
  • Active field presence across assigned territories in Karachi
  • Consistent reporting of visits, leads, and closures
  • Aggressive approach towards sales target achievement

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Software, POS, Fintech, or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Basic understanding of retail or restaurant business operations (preferred)
  • Comfortable using smartphones for reporting and communication

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary + High Commission Structure
