Sales Executive — Real Estate

Job Description

Ceylon Gateways is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive — Real Estate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting our property offerings in the vibrant real estate market of Doha.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment.

Salary and Benefits

  • Hourly wage: 70 -* 120 QAR* (commensurate with experience).
