Job description:
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Answer to all customer queries in an effective way.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or any other field
- Must have experience in real estate
- Basic IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets and MS Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
