Sales Executive(Night Shift)

Summary:

We are looking for motivated and confident Tele sales executive to join our dynamic night shift team at Collab BPO. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving results, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present and promote company services in a clear, engaging manner.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
• Follow established communication procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous tele sales or call center experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
• Ability to work during night shift hours (11 PM – 8 AM).
