Sales Head

About the Company:

Seamless speciality group of company one of the division of food and beverages is a growing organization engaged in the trading and supply of key commodities such as rice, maize, and other grains also manufacturing beverages, also companies planned to expand the operations in pan India used across distilleries, food, and beverage industries. With operations expanding pan-India, the company aims to establish a strong and efficient procurement network, ensuring timely sourcing, quality assurance, and best market pricing through reliable suppliers and traders.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and strategic Sales Head to lead and manage our pan-India sales operations. The ideal candidate should have deep industry knowledge, strong market contacts, and proven experience in driving sales growth, building relationships with distilleries, traders, and corporates, and achieving company targets through effective leadership.

The candidate must be strong, confident, and decisive, capable of handling the entire sales team and coordinating with procurement, marketing, and management to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all sales operations across India, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and strengthen the company’s presence in key regions.
  • Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and establish relationships with distilleries, traders, and bulk buyers.
  • Drive business development activities, including on boarding new clients and retaining existing accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of supply and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a strong database of buyers and distributors across multiple states.
  • Ensure continuous market analysis and provide management with regular updates on pricing trends, competition, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales deals while ensuring statutory compliance and commercial profitability.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and business meetings with key clients.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure strict reporting discipline, daily updates, and adherence to targets.
  • Collaborate with the management and CEO to strategize long-term sales objectives and align operations with company vision.

Requirements & Qualification

  • Experience: Minimum 15–20 years in sales, business development, or marketing within distilleries, ethanol, grains, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience in handling pan-India sales operations and managing large teams.
  • Excellent market knowledge and strong contacts with distilleries, ethanol manufacturers, traders, and allied sectors.
  • Strong understanding of rice, maize, and allied products market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be disciplined, organized, and target-oriented, capable of working under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to management.

Salary: 1.5L TO 2.5L

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
