Sales Hunter (Intern → Commission-Based Growth Role)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client pipeline. Your primary objective is to identify potential clients, initiate meaningful outreach, and book qualified discovery calls for our team.

You have full autonomy over your methods. Whether it's LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email, social platforms, or any other approach — we care about one thing: consistent, qualified calls on the calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients that match our ideal customer profile
  • Run outbound outreach across platforms of your choice (LinkedIn, Upwork, email, etc.)
  • Write compelling, personalized messages that get responses
  • Nurture leads and follow up consistently until a call is booked
  • Schedule and confirm discovery calls on the team's calendar
  • Maintain a clear record of outreach activity and pipeline status
  • Provide weekly updates on outreach volume, responses, and calls booked
  • Continuously test and improve messaging based on what's working

What You Will Do

  • Identify and approach potential clients through online channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, lead lists, etc.)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Initiate conversations and push them towards meetings
  • Work closely with us to refine messaging and improve conversion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or a similar role
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to research, qualify, and approach prospects independently
  • Organized with consistent follow-up habits
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and accountable to weekly targets

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling or pitching B2B services
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, etc.)
  • Active presence or reputation on Upwork or LinkedIn
  • Track record of booking 5+ qualified calls per week
  • Understanding of sales funnels and buyer psychology

How We Measure Success

  • Number of qualified calls booked per week
  • Outreach volume and reply rates across channels
  • Call show-up rate
  • Quality of leads — right person, right fit, decision-maker level
