Sales Intern

Location: Nazimabad, Karachi
Job Type: Internship (8 Weeks)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

ScaleUp Connect is hiring a Sales Intern to support outbound sales activities, lead generation, and client coordination. This role is suitable for fresh graduates with a sales background who are interested in B2B sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status
  • Assist in preparing proposals and sales documentation
  • Support basic market and competitor research

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Sales background (academic or internship experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable with outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (a plus, not mandatory)
