At HR Blend, you’ll work with 50+ experienced IT professionals and international clients, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world sales in global markets — all through chat-based communication (no cold calling, no door-to-door selling).

What You’ll Do

Engage potential clients on Discord through smart, friendly, and persuasive chats.

Understand client needs and convert conversations into successful sales.

Collaborate with a skilled team to achieve campaign goals and performance targets.

Represent international brands with professionalism and impact.
