What We’re Looking For

We aren't just looking for employees; we are looking for closers. Specifically, we want a Team Lead/Manager who comes pre-packaged with a 3-4 person squad of seasoned sales professionals.

• Experience: Proven track record in selling SEO services (specifically GBP optimization) to international markets (US/UK/AU).
• The Squad: A ready-to-go team of appointment setters and closers.
• Communication: Elite level, fluent English. You must be able to handle objections like a pro and build instant rapport.
• Mindset: A "hunter" mentality. You don’t wait for leads; you go out and grab them.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales strategies to sell GBP SEO packages to small and medium-sized businesses.
• Manage your squad's daily KPIs to ensure a consistent pipeline.
• Conduct live demos and discovery calls with international business owners.
• Close high-ticket monthly recurring revenue (MRR) deals.
