To expand our growing footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align sales plans.
- Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and negotiations with potential buyers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional guidance and after-sales support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in real estate or property development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Market knowledge of real estate trends and customer behaviors.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
