About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Compucare India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve business targets. The role requires a dynamic professional with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the IT domain.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate and enterprise customers.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized IT solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT sales (software, solutions, or services) with at least [X] years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, enterprise solutions, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
