Sales Manager

Be a key player in our UAE Launch!

We are a fast-growing swimwear manufacturing company building a brand new presence in the United Arab Emirates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to establishing a strong market footprint right from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to successfully launch and grow new brands in the UAE market;
  • Identify and secure retail outlets, distributors, and partners for our products;
  • Build and manage the company’s brand image and marketing campaigns (digital and offline);
  • Create sales and marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations related to orders, deliveries, and product availability;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to improve sales and branding efforts;
  • Gradually transition from hands-on sales (visiting stores) to managing operations remotely as the brand grows.

Requirements (Must-have):

  • Proven experience in launching and developing brands from scratch, especially in new markets;
  • Strong background in sales strategy, business development, and marketing;
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE retail and distribution channels;
  • Skilled in budgeting, planning, and reporting;
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Candidates currently on their own visa are strongly preferred;
  • Experience in Fashion/Apparel.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Employment: available as a Full-Time role or a Part-Time with 3 working days per week;
  • Flexible working arrangement (initially fieldwork, later remote management);
  • Base salary (up to AED 9,000 for Full-Time) + commission on sales (to be agreed based on experience);
  • 2-month probationary period;
  • Opportunity to shape and grow a new brand in the UAE from day one.

Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
