Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and target new clients within the construction and scaffolding industry.
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a scaffolding company (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of scaffolding products and services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• UAE driving license preferred.
