Sales Manager

  • Oversee the performance of active agents registered on the company’s sales portal, ensuring consistent engagement and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to maintain effective, professional, and result-oriented communication with agents across all regions.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings to gather real-time market updates, address challenges, and motivate the team for a productive workday.
  • Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to collect key operational information and communicate relevant updates clearly to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement weekly promotional materials and campaigns for target products.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure that agent credits are regularly reviewed and cleared to avoid financial discrepancies.
  • Liaise with the product management team to promptly report, track, and resolve any portal-related issues affecting agent or team performance.
  • Monitor daily product sales performance to analyze trends, assess demand patterns, and develop proactive sales strategies to create new market demand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents by ensuring smooth coordination, competitive pricing, and consistent operational support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s agent base and increase market share.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable improvement plans.
  • Train, mentor, and groom newly hired sales team members to ensure they are fully equipped with product knowledge, system understanding, and sales techniques
