Sales Manager

A 19 year old reputed glass and aluminum company (showroom and factory based in Dip 1 & Dip 2 ) is looking for an experienced and talented sales manager.

Mandatory Requirement:

1.Driver's License - Car to be provided by company / allowance to be provided if own car

2. Min 5-6 years' experience ( Either Glass aluminum or construction industry)

3.Should be fluent in english as a primary language (Either French, Portugese, italian or Spanish as a secondary language)

Key responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

- Setting Sales Goals and Targets: Establish clear sales objectives, aligning with the company's overall goals, and ensure your team understands what's expected.

- Developing Sales Strategies and Plans: Craft effective sales plans, identifying target markets, customer segments, and product positioning, while staying adaptable to market changes.

- Leading and Motivating the Sales Team: Inspire your team, provide continuous feedback and recognition, and foster a collaborative environment.

- Monitoring and Analyzing Sales Performance: Track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and make informed decisions to adjust sales strategies.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, address customer issues, and identify upselling opportunities.

- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure transparency in resource usage.

- Recruiting and Training Sales Staff: Hire top talent, design effective training programs, and mentor team members to enhance performance.

- Staying Updated with Market Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and market shifts to adapt sales strategies.

Industry-Specific Focus

- Understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the glass and aluminum industry.

- Develop relationships with architects, contractors, and builders to drive sales growth.
