About Us

Bellco Trading Company is a rapidly growing name in Pakistan’s renewable energy sector, specializing in high-efficiency solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are expanding our operations and looking for motivated and experienced Sales Managers to lead our solar sales teams in Lahore.

Position Overview

As a Sales Manager (Solar Division), you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and leading a team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of solar energy products, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in solar energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar or energy sector sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
