Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop sales strategies, and set sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, developing proposals, conducting market research, and leading negotiations. The role also requires preparing sales reports and collaborating closely with marketing and product development teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Sales strategy development, sales target setting, and team management skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in market research and developing sales proposals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
