Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales and develop strategies to optimize performance.
  • Prepare sales reports and deliver presentations to executive management on progress and strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable terms.
  • Monitor competition, market trends, and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and industry trends.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a specific industry related to the companys products or services.
  • Advanced sales training certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Work Environment:

  • This position requires working in person at the companys office or designated work setting.
  • Availability for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
