About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Financial Services to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial product sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to forecast sales and develop growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or 5–6 years of relevant experience).
• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Financial Services sales within the U.A.E. market.
• Expertise: Demonstrated success in sourcing Retail Asset Products and Credit Cards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client partnerships.
• Fluent in English.
