Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Overview: The Sales Manager will lead sales operations for the company’s real estate and property development projects. The role demands strong leadership, market insight, and the ability to drive unit sales, investor relations, and channel partnerships across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

è Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

è Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

è Oversee booking procedures, client negotiations, and deal closures.

è Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and real estate agencies.

è Collaborate with the marketing department to align campaigns with sales goals.

è Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.

è Monitor project-specific pricing, inventory, and payment plan structures.

è Represent the company at property expos, investor meetings, and promotional events.

è Ensure accurate recordkeeping of sales, commissions, and client documentation.

è Coordinate with development and finance teams for timely project updates and client communication.

Qualifications:

è Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

è Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales or real estate development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

è Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in large-scale real estate projects.

è Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team management skills.

è Excellent understanding of Lahore and regional property markets.

è Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
