Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales target across all designated outlets.

· Identify new business opportunities within the region and work on acquiring new customers to expand market share.

· Ensure the teams are well-versed in the latest products, features and promotion to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.

· Lead, and provide ongoing coaching, training and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.

· Troubleshoot and resolve customer’s complaint, or issues that may arise within the region with a professional and timely manners.

· Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to top management for improvement.

· Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional campaigns and product launches are executed effectively.

· Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. warehouse, logistics & customer service) to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.

· Participate in company sales and marketing events, roadshows and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends and build professional relationships.

Requirements:

· Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Retail management, Business Administration or equivalent.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial level experiences in sales background, preferably in retail industry.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact with customer, staffs and senior management.

· Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
