The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales engine of OWILC. The primary objective is to convert high-intent leads into successful immigration contracts for various destinations (including but not limited to Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe). This role requires a blend of empathetic consultation and aggressive sales closing, ensuring that the team meets monthly revenue targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards of the legal consultancy.

Core Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Lead Conversion

  • High-Level Closing: Personally handle and close "Premium" or complex immigration cases (e.g., Business Visas, Skilled Migration, or complex PR cases).
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel—from initial inquiry and assessment to contract signing and initial fee collection.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the branch/team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring

  • Mentorship: Supervise and train Business Development Officers (BDOs) on effective pitch techniques and objection handling.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor daily activity levels (calls made, walk-ins handled, follow-ups) to ensure the sales pipeline remains healthy.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly sales meetings to address bottlenecks and provide coaching to underperforming staff.

3. Product Knowledge & Compliance

  • Immigration Expertise: Stay updated on the latest changes in immigration laws and visa requirements for various countries to provide accurate advice.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales pitches and client commitments are realistic and comply with the legal frameworks of the destination countries and OWILC policies.

4. Strategic Business Development

  • Market Analysis: Identify new market trends and suggest promotional strategies to the Marketing team to generate higher-quality leads.
  • B2B Partnerships: Explore and establish relationships with corporate partners or educational institutions to create referral networks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into signed contracts.
  • Sales Volume: Total number of successful "Retainer Agreements" signed per month.
  • Revenue Target: Total revenue generated through consultancy fees and service charges.
  • Lead Response Time: Average time taken by the team to contact a new inquiry.

Required Competencies

  • Strong Communication: Fluency in English and Urdu, with the ability to explain complex legal processes simply.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals in a high-stakes environment.
  • Ethical Sales Approach: A commitment to transparency—ensuring clients understand the risks and rewards of their immigration journey.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in sales, preferably within immigration consultancy, education consultancy, or insurance.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
