Sales Manager B2C

Logon Broadband is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our Blackoptic (Consumer) Division, which provides high-speed internet services directly to end consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage B2C sales operations for Blackoptic services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer base
  • Manage and supervise sales team and field staff
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Identify new areas and opportunities for expansion
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure excellent customer acquisition and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or relevant field)
  • 3–5 years of experience in ISP / telecom B2C sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong network of dealers/agents will be a plus
