Sales Manager- Corporate & Government

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting corporate clients and government bodies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close contracts.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products/services and how they align with client needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives or account managers.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.

Bid and Tender Management

  • Identify and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and government tenders.
  • Collaborate with proposal and legal teams to ensure timely and competitive submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and documentation.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and customer interactions.
