Sales Manager (Custom Boxes)(Packaging Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the custom packaging (custom boxes) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the custom packaging market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve processes and productivity.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote company products and build networks.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales management within the packaging or printing industry (custom boxes experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, packaging materials, printing processes, and box customization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
