Sales Manager – Decorative Lighting

We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the interior design or decorative lighting industry. This role requires strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills, a target-driven sales approach, and a passion for decorative lighting. Candidates with a valid UAE driving license are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive showroom sales by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients.
• Engage with clients, providing expert guidance on decorative lighting solutions tailored to their needs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and stock availability.
• Organize showroom promotions, product launches, and marketing activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with designers, contractors, and customers to expand the client base.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in lighting, furniture, or architectural products.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of lighting or design products is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
