Sales Manager – Direct Solution & Partner Ecosystem

India

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader with expertise in Direct AI Solution Sales as well as Partner Ecosystem Management. This hybrid role blends solution-led direct selling with ecosystem-driven alliance management to accelerate revenue growth. The candidate will drive AI-based vertical solutions (e.g., financial chargeback automation, lien optimization, patient engagement, quoting automation) while also building and scaling partnerships with hyperscale's (AWS, Microsoft, GCP), ISVs, and solution/implementation partners.

This is a strategic sales position requiring a balance of solution evangelism, ecosystem collaboration, and revenue accountability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Solution Selling (AI-based Products/Accelerators)
  • Drive sales of pre-defined AI-based agents and accelerators tailored for industries like finance, healthcare, legal, and retail.
  • Lead with productized solutions instead of broad consulting – focusing on quicker entry points via POCs and pilots.
  • Act as a solution evangelist, demonstrating tangible business value to decision-makers.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure for AI-based solutions.
  • Partner-Based Sales (Technology, Solution, ISV Ecosystem)
  • Build and manage strategic alliances with hyperscale's, ISVs, and solution partners.
  • Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through ecosystem collaboration.
  • Execute joint GTM initiatives, co-selling, and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Manage partner enablement and relationship development across technical and executive levels.
  • Optimize usage of Market Development Funds (MDF) and drive ecosystem-driven revenue growth.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8–15 years of combined experience in direct solution sales and partner/channel sales.
  • Proven success in AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales environments.
  • Strong background in AI-based solution selling, pilots, and accelerators.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow hyperscaler/ISV partnerships.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, alliance building, and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and joint campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific AI use cases.
  • Established network within AWS, Microsoft, GCP, or leading ISVs.
  • Exposure to ecosystem-driven sales models (partner-sourced vs. influenced).
  • Previous experience in solution evangelism and ecosystem strategy roles.
