Job Title: Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales) to lead and expand our Extra-Low Voltage systems business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in the ELV, security, and building technology sectors, with a proven track record in project sales and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring successful project acquisition through strong industry networks and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, etc.).
  • Identify, qualify, and secure project sales opportunities with developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, technical presentations, proposal submissions, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client and project specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers in the construction and real estate industry.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and new technologies.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand presence and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven project sales experience in ELV, security, or building technology systems within the UAE market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, IPTV, SMATV, BMS, Intercom, etc.).
  • Established network of clients and consultants in the UAE construction and MEP sectors.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
