Job Title: Sales Manager (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Manager with experience in the tile/ceramics industry to lead retail sales (Point of Sale) operations and drive business development through strategic lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing showroom sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market reach through contractors, architects, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Point of Sale (POS) Management

  • Oversee daily showroom sales operations for tiles and related products.
  • Assist walk-in customers in product selection (ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, sanitary ware, etc.).
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and high conversion rates.
  • Maintain product displays, catalogues, and pricing accuracy.
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Train and supervise sales staff at the showroom.

2. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors.
  • Generate leads through site visits, networking, and market research.
  • Build strong relationships with:
  • Architects
  • Interior designers
  • Contractors
  • Builders & developers
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers.

3. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend monitoring.
  • Suggest new product lines based on customer demand.
  • Organize promotional activities, showroom events, and client meetings.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability.
  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns and promotions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in tiles, ceramics, or building materials).
  • Strong understanding of showroom/POS sales processes.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
