The Role: Target-Driven Revenue Generation

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven history in the events, sponsorship, or media sectors. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value deals for our event management services and securing major brand sponsorships for our proprietary projects. This role demands a hunter mentality and an unwavering commitment to achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressive Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for event management contracts and sponsorship sales.
  • Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, develop, and secure long-term, high-value sponsorship partnerships with regional and international "big brands" for events and activations.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new client leads, initiate contact with C-suite and marketing directors, and expertly manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop compelling, customized sales proposals and presentations that effectively articulate the value proposition of our event solutions and sponsorship inventory.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and client budgets to position Number One Events as the preferred partner.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track all leads, accurately forecast revenue, and report weekly on pipeline status and performance metrics to the CEO.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record as a Sales or Business Development Manager, specifically within the Events, Sponsorship, Media, or large-scale B2B/B2C services industry.
  • Target-Driven: Must possess a strong, demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas.
  • UAE Market Expertise: Established professional network and deep understanding of the UAE and GCC business landscape, especially within high-growth sectors (e.g., F&B, automotive, finance, entertainment).
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English (Arabic is a significant asset).
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and the flexibility required to manage the demands of the event sales cycle.
