Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) to lead project-based sales initiatives for smart home and automation solutions across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the construction and real estate sectors and a deep understanding of smart home technologies. This role demands a proactive professional capable of building long-term partnerships with developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators to drive sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote home automation systems (lighting, HVAC, AV, security, shading, etc.) for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through an established network of developers, MEP consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, technical discussions, proposals, contract negotiation, and project closure.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to deliver customized, value-driven automation solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance market presence.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven project sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart home, or building technology systems within the UAE market.
  • Strong network and relationships across real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of smart home platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, and similar technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (own vehicle preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
