Job Overview – Sales Manager (Hotel Industry)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager for our hotel industry to increase room sales, secure corporate accounts, and drive revenue growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing group bookings and events, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Description:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly room sales targets.
  • Increase average room rate (ARR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Secure corporate accounts and negotiate contracts.
  • Book and manage group events and conferences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Create and execute promotional initiatives to drive sales.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/ BBA required
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant Experience in Hotel Industry
  • Results-Driven: Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions, client needs, and hotel priorities.
  • Professionalism and Integrity: Demonstrates high levels of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions.
