International procurement service for industrial clients. End-to-end support from request to shipment. Transparent operations and long-term partnerships.


Responsibilities


1. Manage inbound requests from manufacturing/industrial clients: business calls/emails, clarify technical requirements, guide to payment.

2. Reactivate existing accounts and expand within client organizations (via introductions to colleagues).

3. Prepare quotations with accurate technical content (specification, part numbers; we do not select alternatives).

4· Address price objections and “we’re thinking” situations; drive to decision.

5· Coordinate with sourcing and logistics: supplier requests, terms alignment, delivery control.

6· Run a portfolio of up to 100 active clients with clear prioritization and predictable follow-through.

7. Use AI tools (ChatGPT) for emails, follow-ups, and call scripts.
