Sales Manager – IT Hardware (International Market)

Karachi, Pakistan

We are a fast-growing IT hardware sales company serving international markets. Our product range includes laptops, servers, networking equipment, and other IT components from leading global brands. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our international sales operations and help us expand our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in international markets.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT hardware sales, preferably in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware products (e.g., servers, laptops, networking devices).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and build long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
