The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager & Closer to lead our outbound patient acquisition team. Your primary mission is simple: Convert lead data into confirmed, high-value clinical appointments. You won’t just be managing; you will be the "Lead Closer." You will oversee a team of two Sales Associates, identifying gaps in the funnel, refining scripts, and jumping on the phone to close the high-ticket aesthetic packages that require a professional touch.
Key Responsibilities
- The Closer: Take over high-intent or "stalled" leads from the team to close sales for premium treatments (Laser, Skin, Surgical, etc.).
- Pipeline Management: Audit lead data daily to ensure no lead is left untouched. Minimize the gap between "Inquiry" and "In-Clinic Consultation."
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of Sales Associates. Conduct daily morning huddles to set targets and review previous day’s performance.
- Conversion Optimization: Develop and refine "objection handling" scripts specifically for the Islamabad aesthetic market.
- Data Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly KPIs (Call-to-Lead ratio, Lead-to-Booking ratio, and Show-up rate).
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in high-ticket sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or Luxury Retail preferred. Experience in Healthcare/Aesthetics is a major plus).
- Language: Native-level fluency in Urdu and professional proficiency in English (essential for the Islamabad clientele).
- Closing Ability: A proven track record of handling "price objections" and closing sales over the phone.
- Leadership: Experience managing a small, fast-paced team.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and lead tracking sheets.
