Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Location: Jaipur

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Zonal Sales Head / National Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. The role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to senior management.

Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives in the region.

Analyze regional sales performance and provide reports, forecasts, and recommendations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) for smooth business execution.

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit control measures.

Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.

7–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in [industry type – e.g., FMCG, Pharma, Real Estate, BFSI, etc.].

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to analyze data, prepare business plans, and drive strategy.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
