Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic & result-driven MEP Sales Manager to join our team. As an MEP Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the MEP sector. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of MEP systems, and a track record of success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for MEP products and services.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Identify and target potential clients in the MEP sector and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
• Diversify & grow our service portfolio across key areas & foster lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MEP sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their applications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic sales plans,consistently exceeding revenue & profitability targets.
