Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our B2B outbound sales team and bring in new clients. The person must have experience with managing outbound cold calling teams, lead generation and effective CRM management. Main Responsibilities
- Work and make decisions in accordance with NCRi Solutions mission and values.
- Set clear and measurable sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategy and plans for your team to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to elevate sales performance. This will include call coaching and pipeline review meetings.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly progress and success of your team by measuring various primary KPIs.
- Build a culture of high performance, and accountability through individual and team coaching.
- Ensure correct use of CRM, processes, and best practices to maintain pipeline hygiene, planning, and forecasting.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar to manage data and reports.
- Review sales performance and share updates with management.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to further scale the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in outbound calling and B2B sales.
- Background in the service industry or startup environment.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Solid understanding of sales pipeline management and follow-up processes.
- Comfortable working night shifts (US/Canada market).
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with strong adaptability.
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with high accountability and resilience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with 3–5 years of managerial experience; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and develop actionable strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
