Sales Manager (Packaging Industry)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the custom packaging (custom boxes) sector. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, proven leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of packaging solutions. This role involves developing strategies to acquire new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the custom packaging sector.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, including e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and manufacturing industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on packaging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver customized packaging solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the packaging/custom boxes industry or related B2B manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
