Sales Manager – Project Sales Division

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Project Sales Division in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the construction industry, and a proven ability to drive sales growth while managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline development to drive growth.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the team in high-value negotiations and project closures.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction through timely communication.

4. Recruitment & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and onboard skilled sales professionals.
  • Promote continuous learning and career development within the team.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices to enhance performance.

5. Business Development

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the UAE construction sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

6. Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Track key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Recommend strategies to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong expertise in project sales (tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitary ware, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
