Job Overview
Emirates Talent Solution is hiring a proactive and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for upcoming property development projects in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, business development, and client relationship management, along with a proven ability to increase revenue and manage a high-performing sales team.
This position involves overseeing the full sales lifecycle — from planning and execution to client engagement and performance monitoring — while ensuring close coordination between sales, marketing, and project teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
- Design and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and build relationships with investors, brokers, and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities.
- Work with senior management on sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Operational Oversight & Coordination
- Supervise day-to-day sales operations and maintain cross-department coordination.
- Review sales contracts, client documentation, and CRM records for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Ensure adherence to local property regulations and internal policies.
Marketing & Promotional Support
- Partner with the marketing department to execute campaigns, exhibitions, and open house events.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional plans.
- Participate in client meetings and property site visits to support deal closures.
Client Relationship Management & Negotiation
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Address client inquiries promptly and ensure a positive buying experience.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor performance through regular reporting and data analysis.
- Introduce incentive programs to boost productivity and engagement.
Candidate ProfileQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Certifications in Real Estate or Sales Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in property development or real estate sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s property market and regulatory landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
